Therefore, through this Privacy Notice, we inform you that we will collect and process personal data and information to provide you with better service, following the principles of trust, legality, transparency, loyalty, quality, and responsibility.

The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to inform you about the protocols through which we collect your information and how we ensure the security of the personal data you may provide us. Additionally, it outlines the means available to you to limit or modify how we process your personal data.

ABLC informs you that if you believe your right to the protection of personal data has been violated in any way, you have the right to approach the Federal Institute for Access to Information and Data Protection to request the protection of your personal data. Personal Data Subject to Processing

ABLC will use the information we have obtained or will obtain from you as established in this Privacy Notice. Your personal data will be obtained directly from you. When referring to general personal data, we mean your name, physical and email address, phone number, CURP, and RFC. ABLC only collects necessary information to implement a policy of improved service for its clients and suppliers. ABLC informs you that information related to your physical and email address will be used for commercial and promotional purposes, but exclusively among the member companies of the ABLC group.

Purpose of Data Processing

Your personal data will be used to fulfill the objectives, purposes, and processes derived from our business activities and the commercial relationship between you and ABLC. Specifically, ABLC will use your personal data to: make phone calls and send emails for inquiries, promotions, and advertising related to your matters, correctly and comprehensively integrate supplier and client records, enter into contracts, issue ID badges, and provide services derived from the commercial relationship between you and ABLC.

Mechanisms to Limit the Use of Your Personal Data

At any time, you may revoke or limit the consent given to ABLC for the processing and use of your personal data. To do so, you must submit a written request to the following email address: auxadministracion2@ablgroup.com.mx, or to the ABLC address at Av. Novelistas 5106, Jardines Vallarta 45027, Zapopan, Jalisco. This request must include the following information: i) your full name or your company's legal name, ii) an identification document to verify your identity, iii) email address, iv) the personal data for which you wish to limit or revoke consent, and v) the reason for your request.

ABLC will have a period of fifteen (15) business days to process your request and send you a response. If the requester does not provide an email address, ABLC will make the response available at its offices within fifteen (15) business days following the request, where it will remain available for another fifteen (15) business days. If the requester does not collect the response within that period, they must submit a new request.

Additionally, ABLC informs you that it has physical and electronic safeguarding mechanisms for protecting personal data, including sensitive data, once collected.

Exercise of ARCO Rights

At all times, you have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object (ARCO) to ABLC’s processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, you must submit a written request to the following email address: auxadministracion@ablgroup.com.mx, or to the ABLC address at Av. Novelistas 5106, Jardines Vallarta 45027, Zapopan, Jalisco. The request must include: i) your full name or your company's legal name, ii) an identification document to verify your identity, iii) email address, iv) the personal data for which you wish to limit or revoke consent, and v) the reason for your request.

ABLC will have fifteen (15) business days to respond to your request via email. If the requester does not provide an email address, ABLC will make the response available at its offices within the same fifteen (15) business days, where it will remain available for another fifteen (15) business days. After this period, the requester must submit a new request.

Transfer of Personal Data Without the Holder’s Consent

Under this Privacy Notice and in accordance with Article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, ABLC is authorized to transfer your personal data to maintain or fulfill the legal relationship between ABLC and the data holder. These data transfers will be made to better control the data collected by ABLC and its affiliated companies.

Transfer of Personal Data Requiring the Holder’s Consent

In certain cases, ABLC will need to transfer your personal data to third parties, specifically to legal service firms for the review of claims and to issue legal opinions and recommendations regarding services provided to the holder, as well as to accounting service firms. Additionally, in the case of suppliers, information may be transferred to ABLC clients who request verification of supplier details.

By this Privacy Notice, the holder of personal data consents to the transfer of their data under the terms described above, as this transfer is necessary for the proper provision of our services.

If the holder does not wish their information to be transferred to third parties, they must inform us at any time via email at auxadministracion@ablgroup.com.mx or in writing at the ABLC offices at Av. Novelistas 5106, Jardines Vallarta 45027, Zapopan, Jalisco. ABLC will respond within fifteen (15) business days via email or, if no email was provided, will make the response available at its offices for fifteen (15) business days.
